Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. G2G sans kiddos
Next Thursday is Ladies night at Melting Pot. They have some makeover stuff and raffles for free.
The "special" is $25 a person which I think it a little redonk. It includes Cheese, Chocolate and your choice of cocktail.
I know we can make it MUCH cheeper then that since when DH and I go it's around $30.
So, I propose that we go there and then just order a la carte depending on who all can make it.
so lets say we get 8 girls
we get two cheeses @14 a piece = 3.50 a girl.
Last time we all split a veggie dinner @ $15 = 2.00 a girl (since veggies are unlimited)
then we split two chocolates @ 12 a piece 3.00
all total about 8 bucks (10 with tip) and then beverages of your choice. (if we HAD to get two dinners to get two broths then it would be 3.00 extra so $11.00 before tip.) Last time I think they just put 3.00 on and I had 9 people with me I think.
They try to get you but really they are making hand over fist when you order from their "menu".
Even less if we got 10 girls. We don't have to do the veggie dinner either. it was just thown in there...cause the mushrooms are SO good.

I agree the $25 ladies night can be a huge rip off. It does include a $9 drink, but let me tell you, if I'm gonna have $9 drink I want to feel the booze halfway through. I ended up having 2, the one included and paid an add'l $9 for another. I'd have been more drunk off one beer, LOL. I think they skimp on the booz for ladies night sometimes.
Oh the shrooms!! and the cheese, mmmmmm. Dessert is still my favorite though.
Let me see if my mom can watch the little man. I am sure she can.
What time are you thinking? OMG, shrooms are SO good! And that cream cheese chive spread thing. YUM!
