Re: TGIF
Tonight- probably going out to dinner with DH... relaxing
Saturday- an in-home nurse is coming to give me my physical for my life insurance policy first thing in the morning. It involves bloodwork and I'm petrified of needles... kill me now! Then we're heading down to Connecticut. DH's company is opening it's doors- for the first time since September 11- to the family of employees. I'll finally get the opporunity to meet some people that DH works with and see where he works (more than just looking at it from the street behind barbed wire).
Sunday- DH wants to start painting the house now that the painter came and fixed all the cracks in the wall. The only problem is that I cannot decide on colors!
Tonight- Not much of anything, DH will be working late.
Saturday - Working
Sunday- Family dinner with the IL's maybe some house cleaning
Monday- Sleeping in and I think I am going to be day tripping to Savannah or Jacksonville for some shopping!
Tonight- Putting together a financial plan with DH then, hopefully, going out somewhere.
Saturday- One of our former co-workers is having a first birthday party for her daughter.
Sunday- Church in the morning and then chillaxin
I'm leaving momentarily for Northern CA to my cousin's wedding. Super excited to see my 89-year-old grandparents!
Friday / Tonight - Came home late from work, had left over pizza, and am now surfing the web and watching Employee of the Month.
Saturday - Helping my mom / lil sis with a wedding project for her, going to JoAnn's to get the pieces for my Halloween costume I'm required to have for a party I'm planning, and headed to a friend's house tomorrow night for a bonfire and movie night on their outdoor projection screen.
Sunday - DH's cousin is getting baptized in the morning and then we're watching the Chief's game at the inlaws. Hopefully some laundry will get done somewhere in there.
May I ask what you are going as?
The initial party that I needed the costume for is a philanthropic sorrority I'm pledging, Phi Tau Omega. So... I'm going as a Grecian goddess, and borrowing gold costume jewelry from the grandmothers in my life! =]
I guess we're also having a costume contest at work on the last Friday of October, the same day as our required All - Staff meeting, but I'm not sure I wanna wear a costume to work when we have potential residents touring the facility...
Sorry, long explanation. =]
Heehee no problem. I'm debating if I want to try and dress up for our costume day at work but I'm getting tired just thinking about it.

Hopefully that magically becomes clicky! lol Anyway, people I know have done various things off this list and they always turn out great! DH this year is going as Eggs Sunny Side Up that you'll find in that link. My mom dressed all in black, attached random calendar pieces, and had a cane one year -- Blind Date. I wore a tiara and a purple graduation robe covered in bandaids once -- Royal Pain. Easy, cute, and totally fun!
