Let's liven things up a little bit.
I may have already asked this, but maybe your answer will have changed! Haha.
Let's pretend that you're going to take a weekend trip with your HH. Where would you go? What would you do?
And, yes, you have to start out from your house and be back in time for work Monday morning.
Re: Friday question
If I were going somewhere this weekend, I would want to go camping, maybe in Cook Forest.
But I really want to take a little weekend trip to Scranton this November! I don't think it will actually happen, but I like to daydream about it. I want to go to celebrate the end of my crazy season at work and also our third dating anniversary (yeah, I still kind of count that; I'm lame). I want to go on The Office Fan Tour!
We would drive down to the States and go shopping at all the stores that we don't have here in Canada, like JCrew, Target, and Marshalls! Maybe even head to New Hampshire for some tax free shopping
And yes, I am aware that I am only 3-5 hours from decent shopping so I have no idea why we don't do this, but I haven't been since last November.
NYC - it's 2 hours by car / train combo and one of our favorite wknd destinations. We'll be going in Nov for my 32nd birthday - we have a tradition where we go to a certain resteraunt in Chelsea every year and have a nice dinner to celebrate. Although this year no wine for me. :-(
When DH and I met, he was working for a NYC client and his work had put him up in an apt in the city (cheaper than a hotel all week) so we got to go stay in that for free, basically, when we went. That was awesome!
We're going to Big Bear for a weekend in December! We got an awesome deal for a B&B on Living Social. Two nights plus a five course dinner with a bottle of wine for $225. We're going as a pre-Christmas trip. I can't wait!
As for where I would want to go, I would pick wine country. Either Temecula or Santa Barbara. We haven't been to Santa Barbara yet, but loved Temecula. So I would want to do that again.
