GNC women's vitapaks and BC
I am considering trying one of GNC's Women's vitapaks (probably the energy one) and I am wondering if anything in it would interfere with my birth control pills? Anyone know anything about that?

Too much calcium and too much Vitamin C can effect BC. I don't remember with calcium but I know with Vitamin C its more then 500 mg.
I'd make an appointment with your gyno and bring in the packet. He/she would know.
