  • Overnight Oats!  I'm so in love with these right now.  Derek and I have been having them for 2 and a bit weeks now, and loving it.  It's fun to switch the add-ins up each week for something new.

  • Over the summer I've been having a bowl of plain yogurt + honey + fresh berries. But now that summer's over and the fruits won't be as good, I'll probably go back to cereal or oatmeal.

  • I rotate between cereal, yoghurt with berries and honey, and toast with peanut butter.

  • I confess I don't really eat breakfast. I choose 15 minutes more sleep.
  • I generally drink a SlimFast shake on my drive in to work. Not the greatest breakfast, but I'm generally running late every morning and don't take the time to eat an actual breakfast.
  • During the Fall and Winter I usually eat a hot quinoa breakfast or toast and peanut butter.

    During the Spring and Summer I usually have a fresh fruit smoothie or toast and peanut butter. 

    Lately I have found coconut milk yogurt (I have some dairy sensitivities) so I have been having fresh berries, granola and some coconut milk yogurt.  I didn't realize how much I missed yogurt.

  • I alternate between cereal and bacon and eggs with some toast and coffee.

  • I have an uncontrollable love for cereal. I even bring it in containers to work so I can eat at my desk. Lately, I've been doing either a Carnation Instant Breakfast shake or an apple with cottage cheese and OJ. It always depends on how much time I have or what I'm in the mood for. My stomach generally tells me what to do.

  • I usually stop on my way from the subway to my office, either at McDonald's for an oatmeal, or at a little deli for the breakfast buffet (eggs, a little potatoes and a little bacon).

  • A half cup of egg whites and a bagel thin with strawberry cream cheese. I split it up, eating the egg whites at home and the bagel thin at work with a cup of coffee.
  • Oatmeal with ground flax seed and I try to have at least one egg white too.  I also have to have at least one cup of coffee to wake me up.

  • bagel thin with butter and turkey sausage. We made baked oatmeal last weekend and ate it all week, I think we both could get use to that.

  • Just a huge glass of milk... I'm not a huge breakfast person, I hit snooze too much.

  • I rotate between a whole wheat tortilla + cheese + jalapenos, or high-fiber cereal, or a protein smoothie, or a whole wheat bagel.  If I'm home I usually make eggs and toast.

  • I usually try to eat a yogurt and a banana. Today I had a pastry though.. I hate Mondays!
  • I've been having a bagel thin with light cream cheese and a cup of apple juice. Some days I'll have a cup of special k with milk or a banana with milk. It all depends on what I can tolerate in the morning, if anything.

  • Whole wheat English muffin with organic almond or peanut butter, half a banana, and a cup of coffee w/agave and 2% milk.  Every morning...I never get sick of it!

    Weekends I make oatmeal.
