Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey gals, how's it going? Sorry once again to be so MIA... it's been a busy couple of weeks (yet again) since returning from DH's grandma's funeral. Work has been nuts (big project I've been working on which will culminate in an 11-day courier trip), and well, I've got some other big news too... but you'll have to go to my blog for that, hee hee... (see the link in my siggy).
I apologize for not telling ya'll sooner... just too much going on! But I couldn't wait to tell my Knottie girls any longer!
PS. Please don't mention anything on FB! It's still a big secret IRL!

Oh my gosh Kiki!!! YAY!!!! I am SOOOO happy for you guys!!! Congratulations!
Thanks!!! It's so surreal right now! According to Fertility Friend, I'm 4w3d, and my EDD is May 29, 2011. But I won't find out for sure until my 8 week ultrasound on 10/18, which seems ages away!
We've already told our mothers, and I told my dad and DH has been trying to track down his dad, who's on a business trip. We'll tell our sisters by the weekend... cannot wait to see my sister's face when I tell her (I'm going to see her this weekend so I'll get to tell her in person and surprise her, with my other sister on speaker phone)! After our immediate family, we'll probably wait until at least the ultrasound (or probably end of first trimester) to tell everybody else. Squeee!!!

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
That's right!!! How super cool! It's also my sister-in-law's birthday (can't wait to tell her)! I don't know if that will end up being the due date my doctor will give (going by traditional methods my due date would be June 1, but since I have a pretty good idea of when I ovulated I'm going with May 29, haha)... but only some small percentage of babies are born on their due date, so who knows! I love the idea of 5/29 also because my birthday is 8/29... silly fun stuff!
