    This was probably the best weekend I've had in awhile.  If I had to pick one thing to be the 'best' I'll pick a visit with friends.  A girl from the LGBT board came to visit with her wife and two children.  We went to a local festival and had a good time.  I hadn't seen them for a year so it was nice to chat in person instead of online.  Plus it was great that all of our kids got to hang out with other kids that have two moms :-)

    Last night I made homemade fresh cut fries for part of our dinner. They were absolutely delicious and totally unhealthy!

    I spent the weekend in Buffalo with one of my dearest friends.  I hadn't seen her in quite a while, so it was really wonderful  to see her.

    I got to see my cousin who moved to Florida almost ten years ago for the first time since he moved, and it was so much fun!  It turns out that we have very similar tastes in books and tv shows, and spend the whole night talking.  It was a blast!

    we went to dinner with my FIL for his bday and my brother got to experience german culture for the first time...quite comical!

    Tenth Anniversary
    We got all 3 great grandkids together with my Grandma (Stella, my niece and my cousin's son).  My Aunt made brunch with baked apples for dessert!  It was nice to visit with some family I hadn't seen in a while.

    I'm a little late for this, sorry.

    Saturday was Dh Birthday!  Dh and I met up with my parents, brother & "SIL" in ROC, then we all went to Buffalo for dinner and to a Sabres game.  We had a blast!
