I just got a call back from our realator and they didn't accept our offer. We are working on another offer now. Cross your fingers!
Re: F/U to House Offer
Did they submit a counter offer?
Hey... believe me, I know how hard it can be just to get an offer accepted. It will happen for you guys! When our offer was accepted on our condo we're in now I was happy but also a little deflated because I didn't love this place, but it was our first accepted offer (after about 20 declined or ignored). As it turns out getting this condo was a blessing in disguise. It has SO many great things going for it, and we ended up with amazing neighbors who we've become great friends with. So, to make a long story short - keep your head up! The right house & circumstances just have to come together.
Good luck! I remember the waiting on the offers being the worst part of the home buying process, it's like you want an answer right away, and it seems to take forever.
Hang in there!

Good luck!
DH and I might look into buying when we move to Denver. I'm nervous b/c I've seen my DH walk out of car dealerships never to return when his offer wasn't accepted. Yeah, that's good in some ways, but it also means missing out on things you really like!!
