I am exhausted from my weekend! At 1st I was bummed I had this week off work (found out Thurs. so too late for plans) but now I am pumped! I have so much work around the house to do!
My parents came to visit TH-Sat. It was good, except they kept pointing out things we need to do to the house before we put it on the market and it kept stressing me out. Friday we went to Mejier Gardens (gosh I am going to miss that place!). I have to say though I was a bit disappointed by the artprize exhibits there.
Then, a few hrs after my parents left, my little bro and his gf showed up for the rest of the weekend. It was great to see everyone, but entertaining can be exhausting.
As for my to do list this week. . . it is huge! lol Today I want tackle my closet and get a bunch of stuff together to send to good will. I also want to figure out how I can get more paint so I can do touch ups this week. I just realized the cans the builder left have no names on them!
No Art Prize for me, too busy!
OMG. What a weekend. We went to a house warming party for one of Nick's friends on Saturday, and it got a little crazy so we left. The rest of the evening was spent watching football. Sunday we went to the Omlette Shop for breakfast (yum!) and then Nick started cutting trim for the bathroom. We got our vanity/top in (but not installed quite yet) to see what it looks like and it's awesome. I'm so excited. I put a coat of color on the walls last night (FINALLY). It's starting to come together.
This weekend will be more bathroom crap. We hope to have everything major installed (vanity, tanity top, light, mirror).
Can't wait to see pictures!
My butt is kicked...clinicals all weekend, but thankfully, my teacher gave us today off! YAY!
I can't believe I'm almost done with my CNA classes!

Weekend was good. Friday we went up North to hang with Andy's extended family. Saturday we went East for the wedding of a Belligerent Camper, which was of course a blast. Sunday, Andy got the cold that hit me last week. Kind of a bummer because we had planned to wander GR to see ArtPrize. Instead I nursed him back to health with some homemade chicken noodle soup and got chores done around the house.
Yes! Let's celebrate!! I'm fixing to go to a job interview so if it goes well, we'll be massively celebrating!
