Well, I made it back from vacation over the weekend and am back into my crazy work world. 
I just wanted to say thanks again for all the dust you guys sent my way. Although I can't say anything is really figured out, I do think I've got a little more clarity on things finally. Of course I just have to take it one day at a time and hopefully things will eventually work their way out. Sorry to keep making this so vague...there are just a few of the ladies on here that may know people I know IRL (based on workplace/childcare places used etc)that I really don't want knowing things.
You ladies are truly awesome though!! And I just really wanted to say thank you.
