Calling my insurance company is worthless
How hard is it to read benefit coverage when you do it as a job. I called them trying to figure out if Jake's hearing evaluation will be covered. They couldn't really give me a definite answer and said they think it's a $40 copay as long as I go to an in network place, so who knows how much this is actually going to cost me.
Re: Calling my insurance company is worthless
I would suggest writing down the names, date you talked and info you were given. That way if it comes back not covered you can say they told me it would be for this amount. CYA =-)
