A Glee confession...
I've never watched it before and have never had any interest, but I kind of want to watch it tonight, the Britney Spears episode.
Who thinks I'll be converted into a weekly watcher?
Who else has been converted to a Glee lover after watching only an episode or two?

I watched one episode, the "Hello" episode where they sing "Gives you hell" and thought I was hooked but I watched it a few other times and it's pretty corny and they over act (I know that is the point). So I'm not hooked and only watch it if I happen to be flipping channels and it's on.
I do want to see the Britney Spears one though
You have to go into it knowing it's really shticky and corny and crosses all kinds of boundaries as far as being PC. I think it's soooo over the top that people are kind of enthralled by the ridiculousness of the characters. It's a caricature of high school basically. With some singing and dancing thrown in.
Tonight was a fun episode! I LOVED the Britney songs!!!! Some of my faves of all time. I thought, honestly, Rachel's "Hit Me Baby One More Time" was the weakest, and much preferred the other performances.
