Ugh, I cannot even begin to tell you how completely disgusted I am with myself. I have gained about 15lbs (a few of those are due to having my period), but STILL. Ugh. I don't feel good at all anymore...can't run up the stairs without feeling like I weight 500lbs. I'm disappointed in myself because (for health reasons), I really should be very conscious about what I eat, and I haven't.
I decided to join Weight Watchers (online) and I'm going to start my 30 day shred next week. I feel so sick today...and I'm certain it's because I drank a starbucks yesterday (it ALWAYS upsets my stomach, so...why I drank it?!?!). Stoopid.
Is anyone else currently doing WW (if that's not too personal of a question...)
For the ladies that have done the 30 days shred - how did you like it?

PAIF/SAIF welcome!
KT don't worry! I find it so hard to motivate myself without having someone to be accountable to, so I'd do WW with the meetings for sure. Everyone I've know who's done it has been really successful.
We're here to be your sounding board when you need it!
omg. I feel the same way. I am in a wedding in 2 weeks and tried my dress on yesterday and it is MEGA tight.. like I have to get a bigger size tight! Not even funny how much weight I have gained!!! I have started running in the monrings and I am thinking about getting a personal trainer.. but my problem is eating, I love to eat and hubby and I love trying out new dishes... I am just going to have to suck it up for a while..
I'm right there with you all girls!
I did 30DS before the wedding, but never for 30 (or even 2) days straight. Usually I did it two or three times a week, coupled with other cardio (elliptical) and strength training. I think I'd get bored doing the exact same workout every day, especially since you have to listen to the same dialogue over and over.
The other workouts I did alternating with 30DS are the balance ball cardio workouts with Tanja Djelevic, P90X and 10 Minute Trainer. I think mixing it up is good for losing weight -- muscle confusion and all.
I lost about 8 pounds before the wedding. And I've probably gained it all back since because I've been super bad about working out! I feel your pain...
Don't feel alone in this, girl.
Most of the boards I lurk a bit have an over abundance of brides who gained weight after the weddings. Think about it... for months, most of us tried very hard to be good and fit into that dress.
You'll lose it. If you really want to lose it, you will.
For what it's worth, I think you look absolutely fine.
But I get it. I do. There is a reason why we purchased an elliptical machine and I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I gotta move around more.
It's almost here! Weeeeeeee!
