Travel Agents
Our first travel agent we contacted has not contacted us back in 3 weeks! She's a friend of a friend, so we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but that's over now.

She is awesome and so patient w/ us when we had a million questions. We plan on using her for our trip to Italy in the future.
I know Jill has an agent she raves about and I did contact her for the trip but decided on Sandhya after speaking w/ them both.
