Let me know if you try that shredded chicken recipe! I just wanted to let you know that I make a similar meal and DH is seriously OBSESSED with it. It's also the easiest thing I've ever made, hands down. The recipe is on my blog (link in siggy) if you want to check it out. It's called "George's BBQ Chicken".....but I feel like you might live in the North (if I remember correctly) so you may not be able to get your hands on George's BBQ sauce.... : /
