Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

did you guys weigh in this morning?
i stayed exactly the same last week, but am down 2.2 lbs today, so i guess i'm still on track for the 1 a week. now that work has calmed down I'll be able to get back into my gym routine.

No...I apparently still suck. I think I technically lost half a pound this week.
I've been doing so much better with exercising, but I've been eating crap. I really need to get my eating under control.

Eat tuna salad on lettuce, carrot and celery sticks with hummus, or a healthy choice meal for lunch. Dinners, limit your carbs. Dont beat yourself up about it, it will happen. You are skinny anyways, it will probably be more difficult for you to lose it versus me (Im fat an have lots to lose).
