I don't know about everyone elses area but for some reason the NY area has become infested with Bed Bugs... I am soooo skeeved!! We have a cleaning girl that comes to us, I am thinking of calling her to come back and tear my house apart..
Re: Gross!!
That is gross. Hope your house doesn't get infected. I've heard of a lot of hotels nationwide getting them lately.
I know. I really hope hotels and vacation places start taking preventative measures.
I'm trying not to pay attention though b/c of our cruise next year and we'll be in a hotel before the cruise.

I know I have not posted in FOREVER but post hits really close to home with me.
I work for Oklahoma State University and they are horrible here too. The only way to get rid of them is to get the place that is infected with them up to 130 degrees and the heat will kill them. I only know this because the University Pest Control guy was telling me about it. People are sueing Univeristy's for getting bit since they us dorm mattresses and they are getting $10K a bite.
It is a very bad deal and just gross.
