Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Right now I am hating my body. Every week I am following WW but I am slowly creaping back up.... this week gained 0.2 AGAIN. I am doing what I'm supposed to, but the scale is not going the right way. I'm sure part of it has to do with the fact that I'm in menopause. Just want to say THIS SUCKS!!!!!!! We are going on our anniversary trip tomorrow so at least I have something to look forward to. Maybe this week I will lose again... Here's hoping!

Have you tried the wendy plan on WW? Alot of people do it when they start to gain or have a plateau. Google it!

I've been trying to work out harder. We have heart rate monitors & I am usually burning between 450 and 700 calories each work out. I've tried working out at different times and on different machines... It is just getting frustrating.... I know eventually something has to work, but I am just feeling bummed tonight.
