Intro
Hello NM Ladies!
DH and I are moving to Albuquerque in December, so I wanted to say hello to my soon-to-be local board.
I work in the museum field (thus the screen name) and am currently looking for a job in ABQ. DH is in the Air Force and will be stationed at Kirtland AFB.
We're really excited about the move and looking forward to a change of pace from the hectic DC life. I'm also excited to move "out west," as I've only lived in Pennsylvania and now Virginia.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and that I'm looking forward to joining you!

Are you having any luck looking for a musuem job? I know most of teh state-sponsored ones are in a hiring freeze....

Thanks. So far no luck on the job front, but I haven't been looking too hard yet. I have encountered the hiring freeze. Hopefully that will be lifted soon! I'm doing a lot of looking for Federal jobs as well - I used to be a Park Ranger and would love to go back to that.
