Saw in the August Roll Call that you are a Celiac -- I am very familiar with it because my sweet SIL is too. She blogs a lot about it herself, but I know her favorite website to visit is Celiac Princess.
Also, I have a book called The Gluten-Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy by Bette Hagman. I'm not gluten-intolerant, but I use this cookbook all. the. time.
You might be a seasoned pro at gluten-free living, but I thought I'd share my limited knowledge if not!

Do the creep.

Hi! Thanks for the website. I am going to check it out! I also need to check out that cookbook, I'm newly diagnosed so everything helps! Thanks so much! Does your SIL share her blog? If so I would love to read it!
Lindsay
My SIL has two blogs, but shares both.
Her main blog is Peace and Adventure at the Coast. She and her bf just moved to the East Coast, so her blog mainly talks about that now, but she used to talk strictly about gluten-free food and exercise -- she's a running/yoga/pilates nut!
She hasn't updated her food blog since July because of various reasons. She had knee surgery, getting ready for mine and DH's wedding, and moving. The blog is called Living Deliciously and it's all about gluten-free food. I'd try that blog before I'd try the first one. She's written well over 300 posts, so there's a lot of information!
