Aunt Grace's Pumpkin Pie

Pastry dough for 10 inch 1 crust pie and deep dish pie plate

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 tsp white sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground clove

1 3/4 cup pumpkin (approx 1 can)

In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly with wire whisk, and then add remaining ingredients in order listed.  Blend together until smooth.  Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 about 1 hour to 1 hr and 15 min.  Pie is done when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Happy baking ladies!!  I hope you love it as much as my family does! :)
