Hi! I just found this board and am introducing myself! I have three children and am a substitute teacher. Hi All:)
Re: New here!
Hi and welcome to the board (to both of you)
I too am a substitute teacher, but I am this close to landing an LTO for next week. Crossing my fingers that everything goes through ok. I am really looking forward to it because it is a little younger than the age I typically teach, and more where I would like to be.
Happy Easter
My Blog
Welcome!
Hello and Welcome
I'm not around as much lately but try to drop in once and awhile - I have 2 boys (Noah 3, Jeremy1), and live in the eastern GTA.
Just wanted say "Hi". Kinda new on here. Checked out your blog...Did you find a place yet....I live in Leslieville and would love to make some new friends in the area.
Ummm, I think you are talking to me! House hunting was temporarily put on hold because DH was supposed to go to Brazil for work in January for 4 months, and we didn't want to rush in and buy a house just to have it before he left. BUT the Brazilians did not love the idea of the Canadian branch interfering with their very slow moving project, so they decided to cancel it, so he stays!
House hunting back on! We are going to the bank next week to apply for a mortgage, and then we'll start actually going IN houses to look. We already have an agent as well. We've only walked around neighbourhoods at this point. I'll keep you posted!
