So I had another GROUP interview today. It's basically data entry for social science surveys. I always get a little nervous for no reason speaking in front of a group, but it was ok. I rocked the 10-key test. I should hear by next Tues.
I also stopped by the local chain of the store I was working for in FL. It sounds like I have a shot at that too and possibly a decent amount of hours also.
This makes me giggle. A lady stopped and complimented me on my blouse. She asked where it was from. I told her Anthropologie. She said she'd never heard of it, thanks, and walked away. I start walking away and look across the street and there was a huge Anthro store right there. :P
Now a question: I also got an email when I got home that I have been asked to interview for the Apple store. Yay, but the stores they specifially mentioned in the email are all super far away from me. Should I email the person back, tell them I'd like to come to the interview but was hoping to work at store X or Y because the others are extremely far from me, and if that would that be a possibility? I'd also mention how excited I am to have the opportunity to be able to interview with them, etc.
Re: Job things and such
I've never heard of Anthro.....
And yes I think emailing Apple back would be a good idea.
