Dressing up for Halloween??
What are you going to be? I need to come up with something but I refuse to wear all those slutty outfits that I see out there!I am 38 years old....to dang old to dress like that!
DH loves the show Swamp People. He wants to be a gator hunter and me to be a gator. No thank you! Ugh!

Me and DH are dressing up as Starbucks baristas and dd is a pink sprinkle donut.
I got a catalog in the mail from BuyCostumes.com. It has some cute costumes that aren't too bad. We haven't decided on anything but I'm liking these...

Okay, there are alot more that I like but I won't post them all.
i'm not a 'dresser upper'. the last time i did (when i was 19) i was a construction worker. i got a 'toy' tool belt and hardhat and stuck some tools in the belt. i wore it with a mini skirt and white "wife beater" (I hate calling them that!!). it was super easy.
(those were the days when DH and i just started dating... i thought I was reeeeally cute in that costume. sigh.)

One of these days I'm going to use my original Stepford Wife costume idea. Cute dress, cute hair, apron, and a little silver paint to show up where the "flesh paint" is wearing off.
DH wanted to be Wilson from Home Improvement one year. He was gonna put on a fisherman's hat, plaid shirt or sweater, and I made a little fence for him to cover his face with.
We never went out the year we came up with those, or since. Maybe this year!!
