I'm glad it's being investigated, although I'm a little shocked that it's only being investigated because it was seen on TV, MTV really should have reported it.

I know! I mean the producers get all involved on the RW and Jersey Shore shows when there is violence (or even spitting), why not this incident? She is seriously lucky he didn't fall down the stairs. He showed a lot of restraint IMO which I commend him for. I just hate to think how she is with Leah alone.

ITA with you guys, and also really doubt that MTV would have shown the footage if it were Gary beating up Amber. Seems like there's a bit of a double standard there!

this was tuesday's (9/28) episode.

i was cheering when gary told her that he was going to call cps on her. even though i think he's a bum, he's a good dad and leah would be better off with him for awhile. amber needs some major professional help for whatever issues (mental, anger, etc) she has. she blames everything on him and doesn't take the responsibilty for her actions.

Okay I watched it for the 1st time last night (must have been the rerun from the other day) No cheering here .... that poor little girl. She was crying and holding on to her mom's leg when she was screaming at her dad. Just horrible that little girl had to go through that. Doubtful she will lose the kid over it though.

omg that was just horrible. I am glad it is being investigated. Gary needs to put his foot down and actually stick with calling the cops/cps. Poor Leah, I can only imagine how Leah is treated when the camera isn't around.

And holy stuffed animals...seriously?!? WTH is Leah suposed to sleep in that crib?!

And seriously MTV - PLEASE give the moms a class on correct carseat usage. Even Maci doesn't do that right.

That was just stupid will all the crap in the crib. Seriously. I noticed the car seat thing too. So glad to be an old mom w/ lots of experience .. .haha.
