Home

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts. everything went as well as it could have.

It took a bit longer to get home than I thought, just got home about an hour ago. Had some trouble with all the meds they gave - 11 in total - when I came out, so they kept a close watch on me.

Not in too much pain, physically anyways.

And we did get some good news from the doc today, that they think they have it narrowed down to one specific disease. Which is thankfully sporadic and not genetically related. So it was a freak thing and the chances of it happening again are pretty much nil.  So we wait for the confirmation from the amnio in 4 weeks but if there was anything good that came from this, at least we can try again if we want and not have to worry that this will happen again. Not that I won't worry about something going wrong, but at least it wont be this!

thanks again girls. it is nice to know that I have such great friends that support us.
