What High School had HomeComing tonight (Friday)?
that would be around Fridley/ Columbia heights area? I think the colors were Blue & Gold. Plus they have fireworks tonight (but that could had been someplace else)
Any way the reason I want to know is because well enjoying a birthday drink with a friend we kept hearing/seeing fireworks then well at target (nothing like being at target at 10:30pm) some high school kids in front of me kept talking about how there was big fight with guns & the police would not let anyone leave. The kids said had to wait until the fireworks were done due to this fight. I thought one of the kids said they were from Central but isn't that in St.Paul? & when I google "High school football fight guns" I came acrossed this story (link below) but this happen on Thursday.

About this video, I do hope the 2 boys that were interviewed don't normally talk like that & are just playing it up to be on TV. I am sorry but why do people talk like that, it just makes them look dumb or uneducated (no mater your age/race/location) .. sorry little vent

It might have been TG as that was not far from where we were located
Edit - after re looking at a map I think it might had been Columbia Heights as I saw there homecoming was last night
I agree except to add that maybe the kids at target were talking about the Central incident in a "did you hear what happened at that homecoming"...
Having grown up in St. Paul and graduating from a rival of Central's I find it mildly amusing that this happened...only at Central...only at Central...
