Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear Landlord,
I'm sorry everything in our apartment is breaking (even the rat), but it's your responsibility. I emailed you before 10am that we have no heat and you haven't responded. I know you have a BB, and today has been the coldest yet.

You guys seriously need to move! HAHA You always have crazy sh!t going on in that place and a landlord that doesn't seem to think that ANYTHING is urgent. Grrr.

The landlord emailed me back that he'll be by tonight after 7:30 pm. We're not sure if he's mad at us or not even though it's not our fault the place is falling apart around us.
I'm pretty sure was a standard lease, nothing special. I should look at it again...
