Any good stories?

 

I don't have much but yesterday I was glitter-fying a skull I bought for my dining room (a la Martha stewart) in our basement and creeped myself out and had to stop until DH got home.

I also got lit watching season one of Gilmore Girls, I loved that show while dh watched football. Totally romantic right???

    Sixth Anniversary
    Friday night I managed to break part of our fridge with a jar of relish.  I was putting the jar back in the fridge.  Thought it was on the shelf and let go.  Well, next thing I hear is the bang and feel something hit my leg.  The jar landed on the lightswitch and broke it, the jar hit the floor, the cover (which is now dented) flew off, and about 1/4 of the jar went all of the floor and my leg.  I cleaned it up and went to bed before the day got any worse.

    We went to a wedding where they got the cake from the same place we did so I had two pieces there. Then yesterday, we went to the bakery to get more cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and bread because it is all so good. DH also went to my mom's grave for the first time with me. I would usually just go on my own if I was passing by, but he said he was going with me this time. I liked having him there.

    Yeah my weekend was so amazing, i had a big emotional break down which made DH walk out the door. He came back. Everything is fine now... Karma is a bit<h, the next day i was cutting my bagle and i cut open my hand and its gross!!!

    Friday we babysat. Ben sat with our normal kids while I watched a friend of theirs two kids. There was a 2 month old, and while he was super cute, he was so difficult. Every time he went to sleep, he would wake up 5 minutes later screaming and the only thing that would quiet him down was me bouncing with him. Apparently that is how he is 24/7. As much as I want a baby, it made me glad that I did not have one. I got to go home and sleep through the night.

    Not much here... unless you count a trip to the emergency pediatric clinic on Sunday morning as excitement. We are still in the land of projectile vomit and exploding diapers here. I running on about 4 hours of sleep today.
