With Research in Motion. The recruiter was on vacay last week, so it seems like a long time since I first heard.
Well... I don't think it went very well. The recruiter was a SERIOUS robot!! I understand that he probably does this phone interview all the time and he might be bored with the questions, but it was mega awkward. I mean, when I interview my potential staff, I always try to make them as comfortable as possible and even joke with them at the beginning to ease some nerves. He didn't comment on any answers, just went right on to the next question.
With that said, I'm so nervous that I blew it. I answered all the questions well (?), but I don't know if they will take my experience and relate it to their technical atmosphere. The job description just said 5 years mgmt experience, it didn't specify in what environment. Ughhh. The recruiter for DH's interview was so much more personable, and that was just from the minute I heard her voice through the phone.
Let the waiting game begin.....
