Any fans here? We decided that is where we will be going tonight since neither of us have been.
Any tips? Things to avoid?
Re: Melting pot restaurant
we've been a few times with friends and although it's fun, it's sort of expensive to me to have to cook your own food. i understand that's the point and all...LOL
james and i went by ourselves once and we only got the cheese portion and dessert portion. that was the best part to me. i could eat that all night
check the restaurant.com in your area. our melting pot offers $25 gift certificates for like $3.
have fun!!!

I've never been, thomas has but doesn't like fondue. I have a few friends the go and looooooove it. One of my girl friends just went there for their anniversary two weeks ago and said it was amazing.
I'm glad I'm not the only one just now decided where to do dinner tonight. Haha.
Have a great time!

Darn Mar I wish I would have read your response. I also wasn't overly impressed and think it may partially be due to what we chose.
I have to admit I didn't know you cooked the food at your table, we thought it was strictly fondu where you dip already cooked items (including main course). We chose a boullion and I am guessing maybe we should have stuck to the oil. Still a good night overall though.
