It seems like the only time I am on this board is to post this. That gives me the sads

Monday: Skillet Parmesan Zucchini w/ salad;
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan Bundles w/ pasta salad and veggies;
Wednesday: Pork chops w/ Mexican Rice;
Thursday: Tacos with nachos and dip;
Friday: Lobster Soup w/ garlic toast.
Re: Menu
Monday: Swedish meatballs w/lindonberry sauce. Roasted potatoes and carrots.
Tuesday: Veggie chili with taco chips.
Wednesday: planko crusted tilapia, mashed potatoes, and swiss chard.
Thursday: Pulled pork buns w/ ceaser salad. This is like my second time making pork (as I don't like it much) so I hope it goes well.
Friday: Chicken stir fry with rice noodles.
Saturday: Veggie burgers with a tossed salad.
Sunday: Thanksgiving dinner at my moms. Yum!
I finally made up a meal plan for the entire month of October! Well, almost. A few days are still a bit fuzzy. My menu sounds downright childish next to both of yours, lol, but here goes:
Monday: chicken Caesar salad with Bisquick biscuits
Tuesday: chicken fingers, perogies, peas
Wednesday: pork roast with roasted potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Baked mac and cheese with side salad
Friday: fish, rice, veggies
Saturday: Pork barbecue sandwiches (with leftover pork) and fries
