Soooo, my netbook crashed last weekend. I called Verizon tech support and they told me to bring it into the store and let them work on it there. I bring it to Verizon and they say, "Well, you need to contact HP". I stay on the phone with them for like an hour and a half talking to THREE different people (all of which asked for my mailing address). And of course HP outsources so I couldn't understand a word that anyone was saying. The end result? My less than a year old netbook needs a new harddrive. Thanks HP, you suck. Luckily, it's still under warranty so I get it for free, but it's such a pain in the @ss.

I had a dell laptop I got for my high school graduation. I was having alot of problems with it so I called Dell (it was still under warranty). After arguing with them 3 or 4 seperate times they told me it was a software problem and it wasn't under the warranty. Shortly after my warranty ran out...
You should ALL get Macs.
