Beside the toilet. I have one of these so it looks somewhat nicer.

In the basement under the slop sink. It only gets used if someone poops in the half bath... that terlet has a lack of flushing power and clogs every.single.time. We're planning to remodel that bathroom this winter.

Mine has a white cover thing kinda like a pp's. But it sits beside the toliet.
To add to the debate, my aunt has 2 one for the kitchen, one for the toilet. We haven't ever had to use one for the kitchen. So our toilet one resides in the storage shed.
Neat - where did you get that? They always look so tacky no matter what you put them on and I've been looking for a way to hide it!
