Anyone know what they're going as this year? Anyone have any fabulous ideas?
I've got two thoughts in the works, but I'm not sure I love either...
(1) Me as Minne Mouse; DH as the Disneyland Staff Person that walks around with all the characters (he won't be Mickey)
(2) DH as "Dr. Acula" (SCRUBS joke...put it together...it's DRACULA!); Me as his nurse/victim.
Re: Halloween Costume Ideas?
I like the second idea.
DH has to work but everyone is suggesting that Amelia and I do mother/daughter costumes. So far the suggestion is for her to be a flower and I be a bumble bee. Not sure I'm crazy about it.
I'd do the reverse and say she should be the bee.
I love little kid costumes paired with adult costumes. What about...
Wilma and Pebbles
Snow White and a Dwarf (you could swap who is kid/adult on those)
Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother
Gardener (you) and a vegetable (like the little pea pod costume!)
Love both of these ideas!
As for us, I highly doubt we'll do anything so no dressing up. We're lame.
That was my exact hesitation with the flower/bee thing - somehow I just don't think it makes sense.
I do like the gardener/pea pod idea. Wilma & Pebbles would be cute if I could find a costume. I haven't found a pebbles costume in her size yet...
Ha, my H would LOVE to do Dr Acula!
We're thinking of either Lois Lane and Clark Kent *stealing justdandy's idea
or
JFK and Jackie O
Lucy Elizabeth 10.27.12
I'm not sure if I will be dressing up for halloween. H is kind of anti-halloween, so I usually can't get him to go out anywhere... which kind of sucks.
But last year my sis was a ladybug and her husband was an exterminator (I thought it was really cute, and made for some funny pictures).
