Remember when I told you guys about the offensive Democrat/Obama emails that my grandfather sends out? He hasn't stopped. This week alone, I've gotten 4 emails from him. It pissses me off. So today, I hit "reply all" and sent this little gem:
?We appreciate that you have a different opinion about a lot of things than we do. However, can you please remove us from your email listing about political emails? We?re Americans, we?re voters, and yes, we are registered Democrats. We respect your patriotism and we share your same sentiments with pride and respect for this country and the people who fight for it. Some of the things you send we consider offensive and don?t like receiving them. We don?t send you anti-NRA emails or Republican bashing propaganda. We love receiving emails from you. However, in the future, if you are sending out emails that bash President Obama, Democrats, or anything else you might think could be construed as negativity towards any political party, please take our names off of the mailing list."
I signed it from me and my cousin (who I know feels the same way).
Might have been a bad decision but since I'm the black sheep on that side of the family anyway thanks to my low-life dad's lies, I didn't care. I haven't gotten a response yet.
Was that out of line? I sent it out of anger and realize now that might not have been a good idea!

I agree. But what's done is done. There's little you can do about it now except apologize if you think it hurt his feelings to hit "reply all." In that vein, I believe life is too short to not apologize. I wish I had the courage to follow that wisdom myself when I need to, though.
