I need decorating help!
We are closing on our new house Thursday and we have a blank slate. We are getting all new furniture and painting a few walls. I need help! The house has a very open floor plan. WE are thinking a modern (but still homey) feel is what we are going for. Any ideas? Here are some pictures from FB.

Very cool new home. I see the blue out of your bathroom is going first.
I like your idea about modern but comfortable. That's what my home is like.
I think a nice sectional sofa with a chaise would look nice in your living area and give you space to layout.
I love your kitchen. I like the blond wood with the glass tile back splash.
Do you have any images of what you like? That would be a good start to figure out what you want to do with your new diggs.
I haven't quite found any pictures I love yet but I'm still looking.
The bathroom drives me crazy, as you saw it is a great bathroom but all you see is "wow that's a blue bathroom" However, it is the master so shouldn't be a hot priority.
I am going from 700 square feet of condo to this so I am a little overwhelmed to say the least. Plus we have been waiting for 6 months on this house so I have had about a million ideas floating around.
