5 year anniversary gift ideas?

yeah, to my husband. The five year mark is wood. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!  I was thinking a wooden memory box, but I've got no clue!

  • What about a tree to plant? I don't know if you have space for that, but that would be kinda cool!

  • Our 4 year is tomorrow and it's fruits and flowers.  P got me a lemon and a lime tree that can be grown indoors.  I thought it was a really cool idea and I love them!!  Something like that would also work for wood.
  • I bought DH a tree and it died. Now I like to give him hell for killing our Peach Tree of Love. Anyway, how about something hardier than a peach tree? Maybe an evergreen?

  • Does he golf? You could get him a new driver which is (officially) the #1 Wood in a set of clubs or you could get him a whole new set of woods.

Play baseball? You could get him a bat.

    Musician? A guitar, drumsticks

A nice wooden valet or organizer for his home office

    Hehehehe.

When P and I got back from our honeymoon, we were suppose to plant something together (it's a Hindu thing.)  IL's had a potted mum waiting for us.  We went out and planted it together and withing weeks, it was totally dead and never came back.  We laughed about that one for quite some time.
