That's my nephew, Ollie! I had him in my siggy last year when he was a baby, too. I got to spend the whole summer with him and babysat him a bunch. Which was great because he's in MN and I'm back down south now so I'll only see him a couple of times a year again. I'm very proud of my little pooper!
They still keep the dog out on the balcony but I found out why. The dog came with fleas and they didn't know to treat him so they'd keep him out there and sprayed the apartment whenever they went to work. Today a pest control guy came to really get it good. Hopefully now he'll be inside more. And needless to say, a new order of Critter Oil is coming my way and my house is getting doused!!
He is a cutie!!!
Glad you got some answers about the dog next door. Hopefully everything will quite down soon!
