I am excited - can't you see?!? Friday I am headed to Gatlinburg with my DH for vacation!! WOO HOO for getting out of dodge and WOO HOO for a weeks worth of vacation that I can ENJOY. Here's to hot tubs, fall leaves, peach wine and NO WORK!

OMG I LOVE Pandora. When I lived in DC there was a music genre called GoGo - its hard to find really b.c it is based in DC and never really hit mainstream so I plugged in a name of a band and BAM I got my gogo. Just color me happy.
Good morning! I'm happy because it's a bright and sunny day and the temperature is pretty perfect.
Oh yeah, and also because I have a throwback Cheerwine to drink today at lunch. Hooray for little treats!

I am happy that the sun is shining and the weather is fantastic!
Also, I have a little bit of peace and quiet before the lab gets hectic this afternoon!

Woo for vacations! Fall Break has begun for me. I started it by picking up the car from the garage. . it's fixed for now, but we need to replace the timing belt soonish. . they were able to pop the dent in my hood for $10!!!! (We had been qouted around $500 for a hood replacement because it was claimed that you couldn't fix this hood. . ) well. . looks pretty darn awesome to me
) I bought cookies for the garage dude because I said I would if he fixed the dent

Then, came home, warmed a muffin and added a little butter, made hot cocoa, opened windows and now Im a veg on the couch
) BUWHAHAH

Tracey--I may have grown up in the North, but I'm a Cheerwine convert, for sure. I bought my little tasty treat in my local Lowes Foods in the prepared foods/deli area. It's only in bottles--the cans are still HFC filled. They also had Sun Drop, A& W Root Beer and NEHI sodas as well.

OMG this person needs a serious reality check! Why would her wedding be a bigger priority for you than your own family? That is just plain crazy. I'd tell her to suck it, and not in a nice way.
