Good morning ladies!
I'm in a great mood today. Yesterday my townhouse FINALLY sold! We closed (well, the buyer closed yesterday afternoon - I skipped closing because I didn't want to drive an hour to get to it). AND I even made a small profit. The best part is I only have ONE house payment now!
How is everyone today?
Re: Good Wednesday Morning
I am glad that it finally sold. We just had one that been on the market for almost 2 years sell a few weeks ago. It was such a blessing.
Doing good today...taking the day to do schoolwork since I'm supposed to take it easy. I really want to be doing some housework but I was told no housework for 6 weeks. I think that's a little ridiculous but I'm not one to go against doctors orders!
Morning.
Congrats on selling your townhouse! That's great news.
Emily has her 1 year apt. today which means shots. ::sigh:: Not looking forward to it at all! I am looking forward to seeing how much she's grown though!
Oh..also..my phone started working again! Yessss.
Good morning!
Mandy that's great news about your townhouse! YAY for only one house payment!
Elizabeth - 6 weeks seems excessive...but try to take it easy and only do light cleaning. At least for a while
Michelle - good luck to Em and her shots!
We had a good night last night and met up with one of my friends from grade school and waited with her to see one of the Chicago Bears players, Johnny Knox. Declan was so cute he kept waving to him while we were in line. And then got a huge grin when Johnny asked him for a high 5!
6 weeks does seem like a long time for no cleaning but, hey, if that's what the doctor said looks like YH has some housework to do!
Good morning ladies.
Yay for houses selling, I couldn't imagine how stressful it is to have two mortgage payments.
6 weeks is excessive for no housework, but hey dr's orders ;o)
Michelle, I'm glad your phone started working again.
As for myself, nothing extremely exciting going on. My parents are coming over tonight with homemade chocolate cheesecake to celebrate my birthday. Hopefully I'll feel up to eating it later, I've really been looking forward to it.
