Hahaha - I told DH this morning "The baby is now the size of a lime" and he says to me, "So wouldn't that hurt already to push something out the size of a lime?"
I told him to shut up now. Since the end of the ticker ends up being a watermelon.

So excited - I have 2 appointments coming up next week when I get to see the lil' peanut again on u/s. Thur is the NT scan which checks for likelihood of things like Downs' and Trisomy 18. Then the following day is my monthly OBGYN appmt which DH comes to and we'll both get to see the then 12-wk old baby on u/s. It will look much more like a human this time around - at 8 wk 2d it was a gummy bear shaped blob.
So funny is that a girl I went to HS with got married on the same date as me and just announced her pregnancy (12 wks) last night on FB! I messaged her and she was like, too funny - we could potentially share both a wedding date AND a baby birthdate!
So glad Baby isn't a prune anymore! That was SO weird.
Limes are WAY better and taste great with cranberry juice and vodka. Yum.
