Well, it's official - I'm leaving Minneapolis. BF received a job offer in Chicago and while I'm still in the job search process, we're going to bite the bullet and put our apartment on the market. If I stay here after it's rented, I'll live with family or friends until I find a job there.

If you know anyone who is looking, please pass this on - 2 bed, 2 bath townhome in Northeast Minneapolis. We're generally looking for a November or December move-in.

    great job on the weebly site. i think maybe you should have a shot of the spare bedroom? just in case someone wants to check it out as a roommate situation.

    We just actually found a renter for our condo. We got great responses off of craigslist and found 4 solid candidates. We posted it last Wednesday and the lease is being signed today. Let me know if you have any questions and GOOD LUCK!

    Can I get more details on pricing?  I have a friend who just moved back from WY and is hunting for an apartment in MPLS.  I'll pass it on to her because it looks like a beautiful place!  Might be too big for just her but it's worth a shot.  Feel free to PM me.
