*Halloween exchange*

I sent my goods out today!!! Hopefully they arrive to their destination in the same condition they left. Wrapped, in one piece and uneaten. :) That would stink if they got broken or smooshed but at least with candy it's still edible no matter the shape or form as long as it's still wrapped tight!

  • Excellent! That was quick! I already know what I am making but I just have to find the time to make it! I'm planning on freezing it so it stays pretty solid on the way there :)

  • Impressive! I am still trying to come up with something at least a little creative. I don't think anyone will complain about a bunch of store bought candy though!

Did we say what amount we wanted to send out?  I want to make sure I take good care of my lucky lady.

Ditto that. I'm stumped, but I'm sure I'll come up with something good in the end.

  • I've got part of mine already.  I'm still trying to figure out the rest of it.  Since I am going shopping tomorrow and Friday, hopefully I will finish it then.

  • Wow! You are a quick one Cindy! I've looked up some recipes and saved a bunch to my favorites, so I have to pick which one(s) I might do. I might do two recipes and send half or more of a batch of each so there's some variety. Plus I get to keep some spoils for myself hehe.

  • I still have to figure mine out. Are you ladies baking items? I feel nervous about baking something but I guess if its traveling in pretty chilly weather and shipping time is usually only a couple days it should be okay :)

  • I cannot tell a lie. I bought mine. And it's small because I wasn't sure if we had a limit or anything. Hopefully my person doesn't feel Jipped. But it's not your run-of-the-mill snickers bar or anything like that. I had a 3rd item that didn't fit in the envelope; I am thinking of sending it in a 2nd package.

  • I must confess: I totally plan to purchase my "ghostly goodies"! I'd love to bake something, but have some of the same concerns expressed earlier about the transport - if it takes two or three days to get there, I'm afraid the presentation may not be very appetizing...

So...I am pretty sure I'm going to order something from a gourmet source, and have it delivered directly to my ghost...hope that's not cheating too bad!!!

And while I don't know who has me, I have to say - I love getting a goodie no matter what type or size :-) I'd appreciate anything very much - it's the wonderful thought that counts most Smile

  • I totally plan to purchase mine.  My person will probably not get just candy, but it won't be something I made either.
