Mommies

Does your living room look like a disaster zone with all the baby toys? Or is my son just in love with taking every.single.toy out that he has?

LOL, my first thought was, Sadie likes to take all her toys out of her basket, so I guess kids would be the same way.

  • That does count. We pick up toys every night and each morning he pulls each one back out.

  • That is normal. My little one at work would just pull out her toys to piss me off I swear. I would clean them up because I knew her parents were coming home soon and she would just go to pull them out and never play with them. The mom got fed up with it and put all the toys but like one away. Now she has no toys to play with.

  • Ours always looks like a tornado hit, I put the toys away and she throws them back out. Of course it makes sense to her, she can't sit in the bottom of the toybox if there are toys in there. She has a great time tossing the toys.

  • Yeah, our dogs insist on sprawling the toys and food bowls AND themselves all over the living room! It's hard to walk most of the time!
  • i feel that way with the swing, RnP, swaddles, burp cloths, paci's, socks, etc... i try to put it away after every use but i feel like everytime i turn around there's crap.

i do make sure everything is in it's proper place by 5 so that we start the evening fresh and tidy.  my virgo-ness will be sure to change as she gets older and accumulates more crap/toys i'm sure.
