I made those broccoli muffin thingies
And they need some improvement, in my opinion.
I forgot to make them corn muffins because I was kind of distracted when I was measuring out the flour.
They have cheese in them, but I couldn't taste it. I used sharp cheddar, so I think maybe they just need more cheese.
They have A TON of butter in them. Like more than a stick. They came out really moist, but I think I will try to cut down the butter next time. I'll add a little milk if I have to.

Sorry they didn't come out perfect, but I'm sure they were still yummy.
Question?? Do the florettes get soft, for some reason I want to blanch the broccoli first.
