awwww...I love this weekend
My mom just called and said she is coming tomorrow to take me somewhere for my birthday. I'm adding this information with Zane asking me for mani/pedi suggestions "for a coworker to buy his wife" two days ago to mean that she is taking me for that.
Then, tomorrow night Zane and I are going downtown. Local bands play concerts in the park on Friday nights, so we're going to check that out and then go out to eat.
Saturday, we're going to the art festival/gallery walk. All of the art galleries/caf?s/restaurants etc open up and have snacks and wine and various little things, and there are bands and theater performances and street vendors. They're always really fun, and this will be our first attempt to do it with a kid. The only boo is after all of this gorgeous weather it's supposed to be 90 again on Saturday.

I don't even want to think about this weekend. Thank the dear, sweet Lord that I have my husband to entertain me and be patient and loving with my effed up family while we try to get through thanksgiving without any meltdowns.

Ugh, I looked grody for my sister's wedding. I hadn't slept in days, was stressed to the max and had no time to get ready because I was SEWING STUFF ON MY SISTER'S WEDDING DRESS half an hour before pictures. I can't believe I haven't told you guys this stuff, probably because I'm still too traumatized.
I think there are a couple of FB pics somewhere. I feel bad continuing to jack Buddha's thread, do I'm going to get all ML and start a new one.
