  • Thanks! I feel fine....a bike ride tonight will help....and maybe some Dove Dark Chocolate when I get home. Wink

    Melissa--I hope everything is ok!!

  • Thanks. They did an u/s and didn't find anything that would warrant admission/surgery with my liver or gallbladder, but I am to see my GI doctor next week. I was given some Vicodin and an anti-nausea drug and sent on my way. If I start running a fever or if I start vomiting, I am to return to the ER.

Thank goodness the Vicodin is helping with the pain. I'll likely be sleeping in the recliner tonight though. Laying down makes it excruciating. I woke up in so much sharp pain last night that I couldn't even make it to the bathroom without becoming a blubbering crying mess! The only way to get the pain to subside was to sit motionless, breathe shallow, and don't speak. Just the act of taking a breath would hurt my side and shoulder. It was unbearable.

Oh my good gosh!  I had no idea any of this was going on.  I'm so sorry you're feeling so sick, and I'm glad the vicodin is helping!  FEEL BETTER SOON!

  • You poor thing, Melissa! I know what it's like to be in pain (although mine was migraine). I hope that you feel better soon!!!
