Lentil Pasta

Ok i'm like a recipe posting whore, but I love sharing easy delicious recipes with other people!!! Why should I be the only one to benefit.

This one came from my aunt- who is a fabulous cook by the way

 

1 pound pasta (medium shells)

1 tsp oregano

salt

2 cans Progresso Lentil Soup

3-4 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 c olive oil

1/2 small onion, chopped

Parmesan Cheese

 

Make pasta as directed, but add salt and 1 tsp oregano to the water.  In a large pan, put olive oil, garlic and onions and saute, be careful not to burn. Then add 2 cans of lentil soup and cook roughly 10-15 mins until it starts to boil.  Add cooked pasta and mix.  Add cheese on top and stir in. Voila-DONE!
