Another Teen Mom post. Sorry. I have a problem.
I watched this week's episode today. I'm so sad about Maci and Kyle! I love Maci.
I can't believe how well Caitlyn puts up with her mom. Her mom is such a b!tch to her, all the time, for no reason. Caitlyn just says "Ok, love you mom."
Could Amber have picked a creepier guy to go on her first date with? He was SO awkward and pushy. He said she was perfect, and he loved Leah...who he'd never met Leah. and Caitlyn's mom is just terrible! I feel so bad for her kids. It seems like Caitlyn is just so used to it and just wants so badly for her mom to love her. I think her mom is jealous that Caitlyn was mature enough to make better parenting choices than she did.
And that guy with Amber! EWW! Total creep. H thought he said he loved that she had a kid, but I thought he said he loved Leah which totally creeped me out. Either way I think it is weird.
IMO, Caitlyn does not truly recognize her mom's problems/addictions. She keeps excusing her mom's behavior saying she is JUST "in a bad mood' when those behavioral issues likely stem from something far more serious. She has GOT TO have some kind of drug addiction or mental disorder- and Caitlyn needs to understand this is NOT normal behavior and get the heck outta dodge.
In Ambers case- this chick deserves every bad thing that happens in her life as a result of the decisions she is currently making. I usually have little to no sympathy for those who are self destructive.
I'm sad about all of these things, but, unfortunately, not surprised.
Most of us don't still have romantic relationships with the guys we met at 18, so Macy's story isn't surprising.
Caitlyn's mom is a drug addict. Of course her emotional development stopped at 15.
Gary met his date at Walmart, so turnabout is fair play
I didn't watch the show but.....I think Maci and Kyle get back together later on, don't they? At least, I thought that they were together now....
I feel sorry for Maci too, she moved 2 hours away from her family and friends and they break up.
Caitlynn would do so much better if she got away from her mom. Her mom is nothing but low life scum and for her to tell her daughter that she couldn't be mother because she gave her child up is just wrong. Caitlynn did what was best for her and and the baby.
Amber needs her child taken away. After abusing Gary, neglecting her child (putting her in her crb to cry and shutting the door because she didn't want to deal with her) on national televison for all to see and and going out with a child molester (which I read the article as she is seeing him) and she deserves everything negative that happens to her.
Maci: Love the girl, but she needs to learn how to communicate more directly. Take a hint from Caitlynn...
Caitlynn: I honestly feel sorry for her. It seems like she's been raised in a blackhole of white trash. I hope they are able to go to college, make some money, and improve their situation.
Farrah: Is the ugliest cryer I've ever seen. I can hardly focus on the compassion I want to feel toward her because of it...
Amber......... It's like an accident on the side of the highway. I don't want to watch, but I have to. 1. She never lets anyone talk. She's always interrupting her friends and talking over them with that BEYOND irritating voice of hers... "Oh my gosh, GEEARY! *bleep* *curse* *bleepedy bleep*" 2. I nearly cried when they showed Leah crying at the door after her dad leaves.
The whole show exhausts me... But I just.can't.stop.watching.
I agree with all of this.
I thought it was strange that Leah didn't even seem excited to see Amber when Gary brought her back after having her at his brother's with him for 4 days. Don't most babies that age get excited to see their mom after that long? Maybe that shows how little attention Leah gets from Amber. It's sad. I feel so bad for that little girl. They both seem way too selfish to be raising a kid.

I want to take Caitlynn and Tyler home with me and give them tuition and three square meals a day. Their maturity level just astounds me, and I think Caitlynn must be part saint. The way she walked up and hugged her mom after her mom was such a jerk to her - man. She's amazing. Seriously want only good things for those two.
I like Maci too, a lot. I think she's got a good head on her shoulders and is a great mom overall. So I'm confused...are she and Kyle done for good, I guess?
I thought Farrah didn't even want her baby's dad to know she was pregnant. What all happened to that?
